TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DIGITAL COURSES, WEBSITE USAGE, 1:1 SESSIONS, AND COMMUNITY ACCESS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of any digital course, 1:1 session, online community, workshop, or online content provided by Shadow Work for Women, a business trading under The Feminine Principle Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 14079889) ("we", "us", or "our"), through the website https://shadowworkforwomen.com. By purchasing or accessing any of our services or content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or purchase our products or services.

1. WHO WE ARE

We are Shadow Work for Women, a business operated by The Feminine Principle Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 14079889. We provide educational digital content, 1:1 coaching sessions, and community engagement opportunities, all with a focus on shadow work, personal development, and spiritual growth.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We offer:

- Self-paced digital courses, downloadable workbooks, and pre-recorded content (the “Courses”)

- 1:1 shadow work sessions (the “Sessions”)

- Access to a private community or group environment (the “Community”)

These offerings are for educational purposes only and do not constitute therapy, counselling, or financial advice.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To access our services, you must be 18 years or older. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this

requirement.

4. PAYMENT & FEES

All payments must be made in full at the point of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept and process payments via Stripe.

Payment plans (if offered) must be completed on time. Failure to pay instalments will result in suspension of access.

5. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our Digital Courses, Instant Access Content, and Membership Services we do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated.

1:1 Shadow Work Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless they have been cancelled within the 24hr Cancellation Policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Course materials and content for personal use only.

All content is protected by copyright laws under England and Wales.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, or share any part of our content.

Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

7. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

By accessing and browsing our website, you agree:

- Not to use the website for any unlawful or abusive purpose

- Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any parts of the site or user accounts

- That we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time for breach of

- Hate speech, harassment, unsolicited promotion, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

You are solely responsible for the content you post in our community areas.

If you voluntarily disclose personal information in public or group settings (e.g., name, email address), others may see and use that information. This could result in unsolicited contact beyond our control.

We encourage you to exercise caution when sharing personal details in interactive spaces.

We reserve the right to remove members from the community at our discretion.

You agree to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of other members.

9. ACCESS & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The Feminine Principle Limited shall not be responsible for any performance or service disruptions caused by third-party websites or service providers. This includes, but is not limited to, your internet service provider, payment processors such as Stripe, your software systems, or any updates or upgrades to such software. Any such issue is governed solely by the agreement between you and that third-party provider.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether we are responsible for any malfunction or disruption.

Courses and community platforms are hosted via GoHighLevel. You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable internet access and a compatible device.

We are not liable for:

- Technical issues outside our control

- Interruptions due to third-party platforms

- Your inability to access content due to your own device limitations

10. DISCLAIMER

The content provided is for informational and educational purposes only.

We make no guarantees about your results or outcomes from engaging with our services. In purchasing our services you are accepting full responsibility for your own process, your mental, psychological and physical wellbeing, actions, decisions, and results.

You accept full responsibility for your own actions, decisions, and outcomes resulting from engagement with our content and services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date.
